GETTING MARRIED in 2011? - BENEFIT FROM 2010 PRICES FOR BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 30th September 2010
Unless indicated, all package prices are based on assignments in East Sussex and Kent; travel outside the area will require a special quotation. All packages may be adjusted to suit a particular need, but are a good guide to costs generally and based on experience gained in the field over the years.
Bronze Service £395 (Within 10 miles of Hastings) £435 (Elsewhere in East Sussex / Kent)
Attend for three hours at single venue civil ceremony, or register office, plus start of reception, including staged cake-cutting, at nearby venue. Supply minimum 80 7” x 5” Prints in a basic white slip-in album (a second set of prints may be ordered, if required - see Optional Extras below)
Silver Service £595
Attend for four hours at church or civil venue, plus start of reception and staged cake-cutting at a secondary location. Supply minimum 100 7” x 5” Prints in a basic white slip-in album, and images placed online in secure password controlled gallery. Upgrade to deluxe traditional style album for an additional £70
Gold Service £795
Attend for five hours, including bride’s home for pre-wedding images, car etc., ceremony at church, register office or other venue, and start of reception including staged cake cutting. Supply minimum 120 7” x 5” Prints in an LWS Champagne Traditional album (or similar, subject to availability). In addition, three selected 10” x 8” prints of bride, groom and couple, a CDR of finished images, and images placed online in secure password controlled gallery.
Platinum Service £1095
Complete attendance for up to eight hours from Bride’s home through the ceremony, reception, including selected shots of venue, “meeting and greeting”, cake cutting, speeches and “first dance” by bride and groom, and a selection of informal party shots of guests.
Supply 200 7” x 5” prints in deluxe LWS Harmony Classic album (or similar), and a reprint of 6 selected 10” x 8” prints of your choice. In addition, a CDR of finished images, and images placed online in secure password controlled gallery.
Optional extras
Extra time added to a package (booked in advance) £60 per hour
Second set of 7x5 prints for your family and friends £25 (Bronze),£35 (Silver), £45 (Gold). (Order pre-processing)

For the smaller scale wedding I can offer the following for weekday bookings all year, or Saturdays from October to March only:
Budget Service
For one hour at the Register office, including photos during the ceremony (subject to permission) and afterwards of couple and small group, with 20 - 6x4 prints (no album) £180
Basic Service
Up to two hours at single venue, or register office and nearby second venue, as per budget service but with pre-ceremony portraits and additional group shots after, 40 6x4 prints without album £250

WINTER WEDDINGS 2010/11
If you have a wedding date between 1st December 2010 and 28th February 2011 I can offer you a special discount on Bronze services and above of 20%, or 10% on the Basic package (see above) if booked by September 1st 2010.
BLACK AND WHITE
Unless specifically instructed to the contrary, I will supply a number of your finished images in black and white, usually where the lighting conditions make this the best option for quality, as in certain churches and civic buildings for example. I can always supply reprints of chosen images in black and white, rendered from the original colour image, if you desire - there is no doubt that some pictures look their stunning best this way.
ORDER REPRINTS and ENLARGEMENTS
With your wedding photographs, if we are providing an on-line gallery, you, your family and friends can order reprints up to 16 x 12 / A3 online from my sales gallery at top quality printing service Photobox - just click on the address from my Links page, select what you want and pay by PayPal or Credit / debit cards and your prints will be despatched direct, sometimes the same day! For larger prints and special orders, please contact me direct, for a special quotation and I will put the order in hand.
